Basilicata presents the B20 seminar, Internet mode, an expression of the G20, which brings together the world's leading economies. The member countries account for more than 80 percent of the Planet's gross domestic product. There are a total of 12 entrepreneurs from Lucania, an expression of Confindustria Basilicata, who have joined the select group that will assist the National Presidency of the industrialists' representative body in formulating the policy document and recommendations to be sent to Prime Minister Conte, in his capacity as G20 President-in-Office.
The Lucanians invited to this first business summit, which was held only in the first part in public mode and will continue behind closed doors, are Francesco Paolicelli, Gennaro Claps, Mario Zagaria, Michele Somma, Antonio Braia, Salvatore Russelli, Laura Tosto, Martina Lorusso, Roberto Bocca (Li.bo Srl), Francesco Garofalo, Giovanni Pelazzi and Renato Vito Bocca (Lucanian Industrial Consortium).
The inauguration of B20 Italy 2021 was attended by representatives of governments that are part of the G20 Group, as well as internationally established industrial entities.
For Confindustria Regional President Francesco Somma, it was a unique moment, not only for the confederation of Basilicata, but for the entire country.
