Irsap has issued a favorable opinion for the single environmental authorization required for the multinational company's production site. The single environmental authorization was introduced by a 2013 regulatory framework, and it took a long time for the municipality and Irsap offices to finalize all the requirements. The application of the municipal Suap was forwarded to the Irsap offices in 2015, and the measure, with the favorable opinion, instead dates back to late September. For Irsap technicians, there are all the prerequisites, regulatory and technical, for the issuance of the single environmental authorization, requested by Enimed, for the new oil center, which continues to be active. The facilities allow the transfer of crude oil, extracted from local wells, to the refinery in contrada Piana del Signore. The single environmental permit is required for production sites that are not subject to the Integrated Environmental Authorization regulations. Irsap's investigations have been completed and a favorable opinion has been issued, despite the elapsed time, about six years.

The Single Environmental Authorization has a duration of 15 years and absorbs a number of authorization measures, in the environmental field. Enimed's managers, soon after the legislation came into force, forwarded a request to the Suap of the municipality, which after about two years forwarded the acts to the Irsap offices, which have now issued the go-ahead, at least as far as the authority is concerned.
